Articles submitted to the E-Journal of Organizational Learning and Leadership are subject to the following review process:
Articles submitted will initially be screened by the Editor to determine the suitability of the article for the E-Journal.
If the article is suitable, it will be assigned to referees, according to its content.
A careful blind review by the referees will be performed. Each referee will make a recommendation to the Editor and provide comments for the author(s).
The Editor will appraise the reviews and make a decision regarding the outcome of the article.
If, in the Editor's judgment, the paper should proceed, it will be scheduled for publication.
If, in the Editor's judgment, the article has potential for publication, the author(s) will be invited to make revisions according to the suggestions of the reviewers and the Editor.
If the article is revised, the Editor will appraise the entire process to make certain that all revisions suggested by the referees and the Editor have been adequately met. If they have been adequately met, the article will be scheduled for publication.
If the article is determined to fail the blind review process, the author(s) will be notified that the article will not be published by the E-Journal.
The following are guidelines for submission:
Articles must be in APA format.
Articles should contain the following attributes as they relate to the topic of organizational learning and leadership: relevancy, practicality, usefulness, readability, clarity of expression, comprehensiveness, and value to the field of study.
